What we collect. Your name, email and phone number when you fill out a form, ask for a guide, or message us on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. We also collect basic visit information, like the pages you view and the link that brought you here.

How we use it. To send what you asked for (like our events guides), follow up by email, answer your questions about buying or selling, and improve this site and our ads.

Cookies and pixels. We use cookies, pixels and similar tools from third parties, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, on this website. They collect information such as pages visited and actions taken, and Meta uses it to measure our ads and show ads to people who have visited this site or shared their email with us. If you give us your email, we may share a hashed (scrambled) version with Meta to show you our ads.

Who we share it with. Only the services that run this site and our messages: Lofty (website and email), ManyChat (Instagram and Facebook messages), Meta and Google (measurement and ads), and Compass, our brokerage. We never sell your information.

Your choices. Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom. Opt out of interest-based ads at www.aboutads.info/choices and in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings. Email dana@danamassey.com to see, change or delete your information, or to be removed from our lists.

Kids. This site isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
